Mr. Gasgarth presides as the Master Teacher and Coordinator of Film Production at New York University’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies. The Film, Video and Broadcasting Departments’ motto is “We don’t just make films. We make filmmakers.”

In Taking a Look at Directing Part I, Mr. Gasgarth will focus on cinematic story telling with an emphasis on “directing the camera” through the analysis of the short film.

In Taking a Look at Directing Part II, Mr. Gasgarth will focus on cinematic story telling with an emphasis on “directing the actor” through the analysis of the short film.
